"Email server rejected login (0x800CCC92)"

Cause
The email server doesn’t know that your previous download attempt is completed, or several email clients are connecting to your account through POP3 at the same time.

Solution
Close all email clients – and log off webmail – and wait approximately 15 minutes before trying to receive email again. If problem persists; wait one hour and try again. If it still persists; please contact us.
